Workshop Access
Attend the workshop sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday. Gain valuable insights into the needs and practices of the professionals who use (or might use!) your products!
Present a Product Workshop
Reserve a 1-¼ hour time block on Tuesday or Wednesday to showcase your products or services in the informal setting of our Vendor Meeting Lounge.
Educate our Model Makers
Present one of our 24 scheduled workshops to provide educational experiences, rather than strictly a selling experience.
Private Meeting Space
Meet with special clients in one of two private Vendor Meeting Rooms. Reserve on site, first-come-first-served.
Business Card and Brochure Outreach
Table space will be provided for limited quantity of vendor printed materials and be available to our model makers throughout the conference
Tour Options
Vendors may join the Monday and Thursday bus tours. These tours allow more opportunities to socialize with the model makers while gaining entry into working model shops that provides valuable perspectives. Contact APMM to insure non-compete admission to tour locations.
Door Prize Donation
The door prize drawing is one of the most anticipated highlights of every conference! Vendors are requested to provide a door prize valued at $75 or more. Multiple donations are welcome. Prizes could be a set of useful sample products, a promotional item package such as shirts/mugs, a membership, software etc. Discount coupons are discouraged as door prizes, but gift certificates will be accepted. Of course your company will be credited for this prize as it is given to a lucky attendee!
