Conference Sponsorship

Below is a list of our sponsorship levels, along with examples of what your gift will cover and how your company will be recognized for the contribution. If your company would prefer to provide a gift for our attendee door prize giveaway (new-in-box tools, equipment, consumer electronics, furniture, etc.), we will credit you with a sponsorship equivalent to the MSRP of the pledged gift(s).

2025 Denver Conference Sponsorship

Vista Level Sponsor - $2,500+

Sponsor transportation costs for one of our bus tour excursion days.

  • Logo or name featured prominently on all conference websites as a significant sponsor.

  • Board member sponsor callout at beginning and end of tour day.

  • Attribution of sponsorship on website and conference packet descriptions of tour activities.

  • Half-page spotlight of appreciation in conference packet, with our gratitude.

Peak Level Sponsor - $2,000+

Sponsor lunch for attendees on one of the two workshop days.

  • Logo or name featured prominently on all conference websites as a significant sponsor.

  • Emcee sponsor callout during lunch.

  • Attribution of sponsorship on website and conference packet descriptions of meal activities.

  • “Sponsored by…” sign featured prominently during meal.

  • Half-page spotlight of appreciation in conference packet, with our gratitude.

Summit Level Sponsor - $1,500+

Sponsor our keynote speaker or featured model maker presentation.

  • Logo or name featured prominently on all conference websites as a significant sponsor.

  • Emcee sponsor callout prior to speaking event.

  • Attribution of sponsorship on website and conference packet descriptions of speaking event.

  • “Sponsored by…” sign featured prominently during speaker event.

  • Half-page spotlight of appreciation in conference packet, with our gratitude.

Elevation Level Sponsor - $1,000+

Sponsor food and drinks for an AM or PM snack break on a workshop day, boxed lunches for attendees on one of our bus tour excursion days, or one of our two Cintas Emergency Response workshops.

  • Logo or name featured prominently on all conference websites as a significant sponsor.

  • Attribution of sponsorship for sponsored activity on related signage and descriptions. 

  • Sponsors of tour lunches will receive a callout on the tour bus when lunch is served.

  • Quarter-page spotlight of appreciation in conference packet, with our gratitude.

 

Benchmark Level Sponsor - $500+

Sponsor our private tour of the Denver Museum of Miniatures Dolls and Toys, or A/V equipment and service for one of the conference breakout rooms.

  • Logo or name featured prominently on all conference websites as a significant sponsor.

  • Attribution of sponsorship for sponsored activity on related signage and descriptions. 

  • Quarter-page spotlight of appreciation in conference packet, with our gratitude.

 

Prominence Level Sponsor - $250+

Sponsor a workshop.

  • Noted as sponsor on conference website and conference packet workshop descriptions.

  • Logo or name featured in conference packet as a conference sponsor, with our gratitude.

Pathfinder Level Sponsor - $100+

An affordable and practical sponsorship level for those seeking to add a bit of polish to the overall conference experience for all involved. Helps cover many necessities and a few of the shiny things that often go unnoticed: Printing costs for conference packets, badges and badge holders, door prizes and swag, T-shirts, etc.
